Once you receive approval we need to order a property appraisal to confirm the property value, normally it takes a few days. Once confirmed we send documents to the law firm for signing.

To make the process fast and smooth, we ask homeowners to provide the following: Property Tax bill, Existing Mortgage Statements (only if you have any mortgages), and 2 pieces of ID.
